so im commenting on an old-as hell account... no particlular reason.

it seems im the only one not to have abandoned an account. could it possibly be that i cant let go of the past? or that im an old hag that needs to be sprayed with water? i have several incarnations, but all under the same name, whats up with that? so ryoko is still here, but i barely mention her anymore. or think of her, for that matter.

and who am i to liken myself to elphie?

she is just too amazing for words. i could never be like her.

and i am constantly dissatisfied with my artwork. possibly because i know its simply a bad reproduction of a style that has way too many multitudes to name and has become an icon of pop culture for geeks and otaku across america.

am i doing this because i want to be cool? or because i generally enjoyed a different art style than what was the standard in our culture only to be manifested and regurgitated by millions and therefore no longer new? it seems that the longer i linger here, and am told that my obsession is merely "shit," my passion for it is slowly being diminished in an attempt at inner peace. and then a failed attempt at the opposite in order to regain my former self has left me continuing an endless circle of self-hate and boredom.


i really need a life. ugh.
